The numbers are the easy part.
Upload the reports you already download from Seller Central. The app computes sales velocity, days of supply and the date to order by, per product and per marketplace. It is free, it starts in about a minute, and every number traces back to the formula that produced it. What it will not do is tell you the 3PL miscounted. That part is the service.
What it works out from your reports.
All of it computed from files you already have. Nothing asserted about your business that your own reports did not say first.
Sales velocity, per product, per marketplace
Weighted so recent weeks count for more than old ones.
Days of supply, and the date to order by
Coverage read against the lead time you set, so the order-by date falls out instead of being guessed.
Reorder alerts on lead time and safety stock
Both set by you. The app does not decide what your buffer should be.
Stockout periods detected from history
The dark stretches, found in your own sales record, with the revenue that went with them.
Cash tied up in stock, excess value, inventory turns
What the stock is holding, and how often it moves.
Purchase order tracking, order through to receipt
Each order carried as a record rather than a thread of messages.
Multi-marketplace, with separate velocity and stock per region
A product selling in three regions is read as three coverage positions, because it is.
Bundles, where a multipack depletes several component SKUs
The component stock moves when the bundle sells.
Every computed number can be traced back to the formula that produced it. If a figure looks wrong you can open it and see why, rather than trusting the output.
It reads reports you download, not your Amazon account.
There is no connection to Amazon. No OAuth, no stored credentials, no API. That is deliberate, and it is the reason you can start in about a minute instead of waiting weeks for API approval. Nothing breaks when Amazon changes an endpoint, either.
All Orders, Business Report
What sold, and when.
Restock Report, Inventory Ledger
What is on hand and what moved.
Inventory Locations, AWD Inventory
Where the stock actually sits.
CSV or XLSX. The same files you already pull from Seller Central.
It tells you what is true, not what to do.
This is the honest limit of any tool, ours included, and it is worth stating before you spend time on it.
It does not know your 3PL miscounted.
The arithmetic is only as good as the report. A wrong stock number produces a confident, wrong reorder date.
It cannot tell you the supplier is lying about the lead time.
Committed against actual is a judgment made by someone who has watched that supplier for months.
It will not decide whether to transfer instead of reorder.
Often the stock you need is already yours, sitting in the wrong place. Deciding that is the week's real work.
The free tools are the parts of the method that work without people: seeing the path, scoring the process, pricing the failure, computing the numbers. The part that needs people is keeping it all true every week, and deciding what to do when it is not.
Two things to know before you sign up.
An account is required. Email and password. The map builder, the health score and the stockout calculator do not ask for one. This tool does, because it holds your uploaded reports between sessions.
It is new. No usage figures, no testimonials, no customer count. There are none to report yet, and we are still hardening it. You are early, and we would rather say that than dress it up.
The numbers are free. The judgment is the work.
If the app shows you coverage that does not clear its own lead time, that is a stockout already scheduled. Bring it to the fit call and we will tell you which products are exposed over the next 90 days, using your operating data rather than the tool result alone.
